As you can see, my blog’s turning a corner along with the direction of my photography. I’ll still be posting as usual, sharing the same light-hearted stories, fine tuning my hobby and figuring out where it will all lead, and while doing so, Photo Salsa is moving on to simply: Kim Hopf Photography. Along with the name of my blog, I thought it might be fun to switch up my background with some of my favorite images, and then share a short blurb about them in the right column. You can check out the story behind this background image by looking to the right as well!
Other than the name and some new features I hope to add, its photo-blogging and silly-Bailey posts as usual. And then who knows, maybe they’ll be some Kim Hopf Photography business cards in my future.

I like it, but the blog name gets lost in the background photo. Maybe make it a brighter color if you can?
Thanks Renee– and I agree about the logo. I have a bit of work to do on the look, and was pondering what to do there. For now, I simply made the background a little whiter so it can stand out, but I’ll give that some more thought ;)
I think we’re often turning corners while blogging. We’ll blog a certain way for a while, and then we’ll change. It’s always nice to stop by and pause to admire your beautiful photos.
